AccessAva is robot (sometimes called a chatbot). It can give you information and guidance about Health and  Social Care at any time and it is FREE to use!

AccessAva will ask you some questions to find out more about you and your issue. From your answers, it will give you information and guidance. It can even draft you a template letter, which you can personalise to send to your Local Authority or Integrated Care Board.
