Our academy is designed for individuals and organisations who are ready to lead with purpose, humility, and a commitment to collaboration and co-production.

At the heart of our work is the belief that today’s most complex challenges require diverse voices and shared leadership. Through immersive training, coaching, and facilitated learning experiences, we help people develop the mindset, skills, and practices to lead in inclusive, adaptive, and person-centered ways. Our programmes blend theory and practice, drawing from fields like systems thinking, racial equity, emotional intelligence, and group dynamics. We prioritise experiential learning—meaning participants don't just learn about collaboration, they live it. Every workshop, cohort, and learning journey is designed to foster trust, self-awareness, and real-world application, ensuring the work extends far beyond the classroom.
Headed up by our Associate Practice Lead, Catherine Wilton, the Collaborative Leadership Academy brings together a diverse and highly experienced team of specialist associates—including people with lived experience. Our team has decades of experience in supporting individuals to grow as leaders who think creatively, act collaboratively, and lead with empathy and purpose. Our work helps people develop new ways of seeing and responding to challenges—shifting mindsets, strengthening practical skills, and embedding approaches that are inclusive, adaptable, and genuinely centred on what matters to people. Whether working within organisations or across systems, we equip leaders to build trust, navigate complexity, and create lasting, person-led change.
We partner with health and social care organisations, schools, housing providers, public services and mission-driven companies to create customised leadership development solutions.
