In Control’s helpline which offers information and advice to individuals, family members and organistions has seen a record number of enquiries these past few months.   In Control, Mott MacDonald and Pathfinder Champions have created a new personal budgets resource.   The resource ‘An offer of personal budgets by September 2014’ is the first document which will form a toolkit for children’s services. It has also been added as an appendix to the SEND Pathfinder March 2014 Personal Budgets Information Pack.
